A Plastic Mother-Baby Dana Machine is an industrial system that recycles plastic waste (like HDPE, LDPE, PP) into uniform granules (dana) for reuse, featuring a main extruder ("mother") to melt and homogenize plastic, followed by a granulator ("baby") that cuts the strands into consistent pellets, often incorporating de-gassing and filtration for clean, high-quality output used in new products. How it Works:

1. Feeding: Plastic scrap (films, lumps, woven sacks) is fed into the system, often pre-cleaned and cut into smaller pieces.
2. Mother Extruder (Melting & Degassing): The primary extruder melts the plastic, mixing it and forcing out gases, creating a consistent melt.
3. Filtration: The molten plastic passes through filters to remove impurities.
4. Strand Formation: The filtered plastic is pushed through a die plate, forming long strands.
5. Cooling: These strands are then cooled, usually in a water bath, to solidify them.
6. Baby Granulator (Pelletizing): A cutter (often a die-face cutter) then cuts the cooled strands into small, uniform granules (dana).
7. Silo/Bagging: The finished granules are collected in silos or bags for later use.
